Irn Bru Scottish Third Division 2007 - 2008
The Third Division is the lowest tier in the Scottish Football League structure and at this level, crowds are generally below 500. Nevertheless, these are clubs with long histories and traditions behind them as well as small but devoted fan bases.

After the humiliation of finishing rock bottom for the last five seasons, there are signs of recovery at "The Shire." Over the summer the SFL decided not to reduce the club to associate membership under rule 21.5 with a warning that this rule will be invoked if they finish last in 2008. Furthermore, a new board has been brought in and David Mackin, chairman since 1999, has left. The club had set its heart on returning to their traditional narrow black and white hoops but after a deal with Umbro fell through, their new supplier, Joma, was unable to provide hooped tops in time for the new season. So, for the second year in a row, the Shire are turning out in all-white.
The team turned out in a one-off strip in their Scottish Cup tie against Rangers, manufactured by Hummel. The club's sponsors (a music publisher) chose to promote one of their bands for this high profile game.

Macron's design for Forfar's 2007-08 kit is very similar to last seasons with the addition of white flashes down the side of the body. Their away kit harks back to the days when the club wore green and white between 1955 and 1967.
